Neurodivergent Understimulation Cards

from £5.50
I designed these cards for when you just need all the sensory stimulation you can get! They are professionally printed on glossy white cardstock and held together with a binder ring. There are 15 different movements/ activities that you can do if you need to get some vestibular movement to help understimulation. These cards would be particularly helpful for anyone under the neurodivergent umbrella (e.g those with autism, ADHD, OCD etc. neurodivergence is a huge umbrella term for lots of things!) who sometimes find themselves prone to meltdown/ shutdown without movement. I find these cards really fun to use myself and also very helpful for when my brain feels like screaming from understimulation! I hope you find them as helpful as I do!
